The shell of a luxury property of the real estate
Company RIEGLER & PARTNER HOLDING from 8054 Seiersberg-Pirka was recently completed.
The building company ÖSTU-STETTIN Hoch- und Tiefbau GmbH with headquarter in
8700 Leoben became tasked for the implementation of the very demanding shell work.
Because of the topography in combination with the architecture of the building was very challenging. There were also special requirements for the crane concept.
This is where STIRNIMANN GmbH came into play. Through the years of experience of STIRNIMANN coupled with a large machine portfolio, was able to work closely with the local
Construction management, quickly and easily the ideal solution to be worked out.
A brand new POTAIN MDT 319 Topless crane was used. This machine the newest
Generation from the house Potain (by Manitowoc), possesses a 12 tons hoist and was with
the maximum projection of 70 meters. A decisive criterion was the
Lifting load at the jib tip of 3.200kg.
The crane base was a combination of reinforced concrete piles (about 500to concrete) and the
Foundation anchor system from STIRNIMANN.
